How to getting there?
There are two major airports it’s located about 20 miles from us. You can fly into McAllen Texas or Harlingen Texas. If driving in we recommend you use your GPS and punch in Progreso international bridge
Do I have to drive across or walk across?
Sometimes the lines to cross back can be very long. But if you decide to cross call us before you do so we can help you get a parking place. Otherwise there’s very inexpensive secure parking immediately next to the bridge on the American side. Walking across the bridge takes less than five minutes

What documentation do I need to get in and out of the country?
To cross into Mexico you do not need a passport unless you go past the 30 mile bumper zone. Crossing back into the US requires invalid US passport, a valid government issued ID and a longform birth certificate if you do not have a passport
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards, which are run through our American terminal to avoid you having to pay in International fee. We take personal checks and cash with a discount available.

Do you take insurance?
We can help you get reimbursed by your company and provide forms if you do not have any, however we cannot bill the insurance company directly
